What is the appeal of IntaSect?

We have an environment where we can take on challenges in anything we want to do.
I think the corporate culture is relatively free, because everyone can engage in their work as they wish.

I also think that one of the reasons why this job is so appealing is that it allows us to tell many people overseas about the wonderful spots, delicious food, and attractive products that are found throughout Japan.

It would be great if my work encouraged someone in another country to take an interest in Japan or fall in love with the country.

What have been some of the challenges since you joined the company?

When I first joined the company as a new graduate, I was not used to working with Excel and PowerPoint, so the first thing I had to do was familiarize myself with them.
With familiarity and advice from senior staff members, I think I have managed to reach a level where I can interact on par with others around me.

Sometimes I go on business trips in the scorching heat of summer or to snow-covered mountains in the middle of winter. I often have to be outdoors all day long, so it can be physically challenging. But I also find it enjoyable because you don’t often get a chance to contribute to local communities.

I often work with people of various nationalities, including people from China, so we need to work closely to overcome language issues and differences in work procedures. But I think this is the same even if the person you are dealing with is Japanese, so I try to do my best to stick to the basics.

Do you have any goals for the future?

I want to attain a good balance between work and private life.

I believe IntaSect provides an environment where you can be active without being restricted by the stage you are at in life, even if conditions change.
I am grateful to be able to work in such an environment, and will continue striving daily in my work.
