What is the appeal of IntaSect?

We have an environment where we can challenge anything we want to do.
I think the corporate culture is relatively free, as each person can proceed with their work based on their own ideas.

I also think that one of the major attractions of this program is that it allows us to tell many people overseas about the wonderful spots, delicious food, and attractive products that abound all over Japan.

I would be happy if my work could trigger someone in some other country to become interested in Japan or to fall in love with Japan.

What have been some of the challenges since you joined the company?

When I first joined the company as a new graduate, I was not used to working with Excel and PowerPoint, so the first thing I had to do was to become familiar with them.
With familiarity and advice from the senior staff around me, I think I have now managed to touch it as much as anyone else.

Sometimes I go on business trips under the scorching sun in the middle of summer or to snowy mountains in the middle of winter. I often have to be outdoors all day long, so I feel that it is a physical challenge. However, I also find it enjoyable because I think it is a rare job where I can contribute closely to the local community.

In addition, since I often work with people of various nationalities, including Chinese, we need to work together on language issues as well as how to proceed with our work. However, I believe that this kind of communication does not change even if the person you are dealing with is Japanese, so I try to do my best to keep the basics in mind.

Do you have any goals for the future?

I want to be a person who is able to balance both work and private life.

I believe that IntaSect provides an environment where one can be active without being restricted by one’s life stage, even if it changes.
I am grateful to be in such an environment and will continue to work hard in my daily duties.
