Overseas Sales Channel Expansion Support (Cross-Border E-Commerce / General Trade)

We provide cross-border e-commerce (China) and general trade support (China, Singapore, Korea, etc.) to companies aiming to expand overseas sales channels.
For expanding overseas sales channels, we provide a one-stop service that includes the proving of sales outlets, promotional activities, support in negotiating with overseas buyers, and handling procedures in accordance with the export standards of each country.

Support for Overseas Sales Channel Development

Regarding the expansion of overseas sales channels, we will support the expansion and development of new overseas sales channels under the two export methods of “cross-border e-commerce” and “general trade.
We will support cross-border e-commerce through business negotiations with buyers and handling of exports, starting in China, as well as with buyers mainly in Southeast Asia.

We will expand our overseas sales channels by implementing a consistent operation system.

  1. Deployment in our own e-commerce mall
  2. Deployment in extensive genres, including food, cosmetics, accessories, and traditional crafts
  3. Boosting sales and implementing PR through promotion
  4. Running campaigns tailored to local trends
  5. Meeting all multi-lingual requirements
  6. Conducting business negotiations with buyers based on achievements in e-commerce sales
  7. Adapting to production lots (even small quantities)

Cross-Border E-Commerce Support

In cross-border e-commerce, overseas consumers access Japanese e-commerce sites via the internet to purchase products.
For products that have not yet expanded into general trade, realizing sales through cross-border e-commerce (BtoC) will create a track record, which can be used as a reference when negotiating with overseas buyers.

1 [Cross-border e-commerce] E-commerce development through the WeChat mini-program

We use WeChat as a way to sell to Chinese consumers.
We have also launched an e-commerce mall by using the mini-program function (aka in-app app) within WeChat.
WeChat is a super app with over 1.2 billion users and is an indispensable service especially for life in China.

We have two malls, Japan Superior Store (top left) and Kyoto Superior Cross-Border Shopping Mall (top right), which can be used as outlets for companies from all over Japan to market their products overseas.
Customers can get started with only a registration fee, and we also provide promotional support (for a fee) for the purpose of promoting our customers’ products upon request.
There are also examples of use as support projects for financial institutions and local governments nationwide (see below for the relevant news releases).

2 [Cross-border e-commerce] Support for expansion into major Chinese e-commerce malls and social media-based e-commerce

We will provide support for the development of businesses in major e-commerce malls in China, such as “Tmall” and “JingDong (JD.com).”
For major e-commerce malls, we will handle the costs, resources, and time-consuming tasks such as product registration and page creation on behalf of our clients in supporting their expansion into major e-commerce malls.
We can also provide support in sales and promotion on TikTok and Red.
We provide support in using malls that are in high demand among Chinese consumers.

[General trading] Support in providing product proposals and exporting mainly to China and other Asian countries

We provide support in exporting mainly to China, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, and other Asian countries.
In particular, exporting can be difficult for individual companies to handle because of the different import regulations in each country.
We provide a one-stop service for supporting the proposal of products to overseas buyers, handling business negotiations at exhibitions, and dealing with procedures necessary before and after making the decision to export.

We can also provide advice on product development to meet export standards.
