About the Job

Belonging to the Office of Risk Management, the Office is responsible for the management and operation of the Privacy Mark and Cross Border Privacy Rules (CBPR) system.

Although some of the initiatives required for Privacy Mark and CBPR certification are left to each company, we will consider how to introduce and operate them in a manner that is familiar to IntaSect, and incorporate them into internal regulations and rules.

It is also my job to explain the status of personal information handling by operation as well as the personal information protection system and internal rules when undergoing renewal audits for these certifications.

We try to communicate fully with people in other departments, because without understanding how we work in each job, we cannot give appropriate explanations.

Employee-friendly company with children

I have a young child myself, and since joining the company, I have been allowed to work shorter hours from 9:30 to 16:30.

It may be common for people who have worked all their lives to take shorter hours or maternity leave after having a child, but it may be difficult to find a company that will hire someone who offers shorter hours from the start.

We also have several other employees who work shorter hours.
Rather than choosing to quit the company just because they have a child, both men and women are able to take a well-deserved leave and then return to work, making the company friendly to employees who have children.
