With one in five people of the entire population visiting Japan, and stable relations with the country, Taiwan is one of the most important regions targeted for the inbound market. Furthermore, with 80 % of Taiwanese visitors to Japan being repeat visitors with a tendency to visit regional cities in Japan, they seek to enjoy a variety of attractions, including Japanese culture, history, gourmet food, nature, and shopping.

Case.01 Inviting influencers from around Japan and the world, providing local guidance, and disseminating information
When inviting influencers based in Japan and overseas to tourist destinations, we created lists of potential influencers, itineraries, and explanatory materials. Then we managed the entire process from making adjustments to itineraries, to proposing alternative influencers after concluding contracts, making appointments for interviews at accommodation and tourist facilities for each itinerary, accompanying them from arrival to departure, and disseminating information after they returned home.
Case.02 Operation of advertisements directing users to official website
To increase traffic and sales to the overseas e-commerce site of a contracted company, we planned, operated, and reported on the dissemination of advertisements to attract customers by segmenting users who were thought to be interested in the service.
Case.03 On-site reporting and article writing by Taiwanese staff
We organized familiarization trips consisting of multiple local cities and towns, wrote blog articles for each city and town from a native’s perspective, shared information on social media, and produced tourism promotional videos. Aimed at beginners to advanced visitors to Japan, we communicated the value of Japan in a way that Taiwanese people would want to know more about it.
