Support for Participation in Proposals (Competitive Bidding)

Our staff with experience in participating in relevant projects will support the offering of inbound-related proposals (competitive bidding) and project progress (tourism to Japan) by organizations, local governments, DMOs, etc., in Japan.

1 What Is a Proposal (Competitive Bidding)?

This is a method in which proposals are submitted by a large number of companies according to a particular theme (specifications), and the company (organization) with the best proposal is awarded a contract in accordance with the screening criteria. Local governments, public offices, DMOs, and other organizations are involved in this program.
There are various ways to participate.

2 The Role of IntaSect

There are multiple ways to participate in bidding.

Ways to Participate in Bidding Details
Individual participation Participation by an individual company.
Consortium A method in which multiple companies form a corporate consortium to jointly put forth a proposal.
Participation by cooperating companies Although this is not a consortium, companies may be involved in a part of the proposal and operation as an outsourced contractor.

In providing support for participating in proposals, we will support the bidding process as a “consortium member” or “cooperating company” as described above.

4 Examples of Implementation

We have numerous achievements, but below ar some examples.

Case.01 Invitation of influencers in Japan and overseas, local attendance, and information dissemination

When inviting influencers based in Japan and overseas to tourist destinations, we created lists of potential influencers, itineraries, and explanatory materials. Then we managed the entire process from making adjustments to itineraries, to proposing alternative influencers after concluding contracts, making appointments for interviews at accommodation and tourist facilities for each itinerary, accompanying them from arrival to departure, and disseminating information after they returned home (cooperating company).

Case.02 Operation of advertisements directing users to special feature pages

To increase traffic and sales to the regional special feature pages and sightseeing videos produced by a contracted company, we planned, operated, and reported on the dissemination of advertisements to attract customers by segmenting users who were thought to be interested in the service (cooperating company).

Case.03 Special feature page project for OTA website

We planned and arranged materials (interviews, photography, writing) for special feature pages on the OTA website, and after the release, we ran promotional advertisements within the OTA platform (cooperating company).

Case.04 Tourism video production

We were in charge of the entire process for a tourism video project, from planning the video, to creating the script, laying down the shooting itinerary, making appointments at each location, attending the shooting, interpreting for the influencers, and editing the video after shooting (cooperating company).

Case.05 Arranging seminars and business meetings in China

In conducting seminars in China, we proposed and arranged the venue, proposed influencers, translated the presentation materials into Japanese and simplified Chinese, attracted participants, and managed the seminar on the day of the event (cooperating company).
