1 What is a proposal (competitive bidding)?
This is a method in which proposals are submitted from a large number of companies according to a theme (specifications), and the company (organization) with the best proposal is awarded a contract in accordance with the screening criteria. Local governments, public offices, DMOs, and other organizations are involved in this program.
There are various forms of participation.
2 Role of the IntaSect
There are multiple forms of bid participation.

We have a number of accomplishments, but here is a sampling of some of them.
Case.01 Invitation of influencers in Japan and overseas, local attendance, and information dissemination
We managed the process of inviting influencers in Japan and overseas to the areas to be visited, including preparation of influencer candidate plans, itinerary plans, and explanatory materials for the proposals, coordination of revised itineraries and alternative influencer plans after receiving the contract, making appointments with accommodations and tourist facilities for each itinerary, attending to visitors from entry to departure from Japan, and information transmission after their return to their countries of origin. We also managed the process of information dissemination after returning to Japan. (Cooperating companies)
Case.02 Operation of advertisements directing viewers to special feature pages
In order to increase the number of visitors to and viewers of the regional feature pages and sightseeing videos produced by the contracted company, we planned, operated, and reported on the distribution of ads to attract visitors by segmenting users who were thought to be interested. Case.03 Feature page project for OTA website
We planned and arranged materials (interviews, photography, writing) for the feature pages of the OTA website, and after the release, we conducted inducement advertisements within OTA. (Cooperating companies)
Case.04 Tourism video production
We were in charge of the entire process for the tourism video project, from planning the video, creating the script and shooting itinerary, making appointments at each location, attending the shooting, interpreting for the influencers, and editing the video after shooting. (Cooperating companies)
