About the Job
Responsible for the development and maintenance of business systems for internal business units. Based on the requests of business personnel, we create improvement plans, implement and verify them.
We wanted to commercialize the services, useful tools, etc. we developed for internal business personnel so that customers with the same usage scenario can also use them and create more value. Therefore, as a result of everyone’s joint efforts, a paid version of “Passton” was released in November 2023. Upgrades and improvements to the service continue to be made.
We are also responsible for the security monitoring of our internal system services and the construction and maintenance of our cloud servers.
What have been some of the challenges since you joined the company?
Before joining the company, I could only code and had no knowledge of cloud servers or network-related issues.
When I joined the company, I realized that there were many technical terms that I had never heard of, and that was the reason why I could not understand what my seniors were talking about.
Whenever I encountered something I did not understand, I would first gather information and research it thoroughly, and if I still did not understand it, I would ask a senior colleague a question.
The senior staff explained things to me in detail, and I gradually became interested in cloud servers and networking-related topics.
As I gained experience through practice, I was able to grow to the point where I am now in charge of related tasks.
Do you have any goals for the future?
We aim to learn more software development techniques and improve our own technical skills through practice. I strive to grow little by little every day.
