What have been some of the challenges since you joined the company?

I joined the company in 2023 and am in charge of system development. The project I am currently in charge of has gone through several releases, and at first I was anxious about the release process and fearful of failure. Of course, we can try releases in a test environment before introducing them to the actual environment. By repeating this process, I am able to build on my experience and feel confident in my work in the future.

When people hear the phrase “deadlines must be met,” they may imagine that we work a lot of overtime, but in reality, we rarely work overtime on a regular basis. This is because we effectively report, communicate, and consult with each other. We also believe it is important to be aware of priorities in doing our work. In system development, many issues often arise simultaneously. For example, in the operation of the verification environment for the project I am in charge of, when a problem of some sort occurs, it needs to be resolved quickly, but the problem may occur in multiple locations. When this happens, it is necessary to calmly determine where to start. To this end, I always try to keep track of what kind of work is being done in which environment.

What is the appeal of IntaSect?

The most attractive thing about joining IntaSect is the openness among employees. I have a very good relationship with my coworkers and supervisors, and we encourage each other to absorb new knowledge and continue to take on new challenges. Working hours are also stable, allowing employees to balance work and private life. I strive for self-improvement through learning basic technical knowledge and programming languages such as Python. I work hard every day and find my work challenging and rewarding.

As a junior member of the team, I still have a lot to learn, but I often ask questions of the senior members. They are always available when they are not busy, so if I want to ask a question, I don’t hesitate to do so and never miss an opportunity. Whenever a senior staff member answers my question, they not only tell me what the question is about, but also provide me with relevant information and things to pay attention to, which makes me feel happy and responsible because I feel that they are helping me grow.

Do you have any goals for IntaSect in the future?

IntaSect’s goal in research and development is “to continue to provide new value to our customers through the research and development of advanced technologies. Our goal is to contribute to the advancement of society based on our outstanding expertise in cutting-edge technologies.

There are many new fields within the company and I would like to participate, learn and challenge myself in them. I am currently engaged in system development, but in the future I would like to be involved in various new businesses as a member of the New Business Division.
