Life Insurance Enrollment |
Employees who have been with the company for three years as of January of each year will be insured by a life insurance policy (policyholder is the company). |
Employees Stockholding Association |
Invites applicants to purchase stocks. If there are too many applicants, a lottery will be held. |
Health Checkups | Regular health checkups are conducted annually. |
Childcare Leave System |
Employees can take this leave until their child turns one year old (or one year and six months if they are on a waiting list for daycare). In addition, employees with children under three years old can reduce their working hours to six hours a day, and employees with children not yet of elementary school age can stagger their work hours by adjusting their start and finish times. |
Nursing Care Leave System |
A total of 93 days may be taken per eligible family member. |
