Work Location Tokyo Head Office and branch offices
◆You may be assigned to a customer’s company depending on the nature of operations.
Salary/Bonuses Annual salary system (including fixed overtime allowance of 40 hours per month)
◆Determined based on experience and ability, regardless of company history or age.
◆A year-end bonus (January) may be paid depending on company performance.
Transportation Costs Commuting allowance will be provided every month(up to 100,000 yen per month)
Working hours 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.(1 hour break / 8 hours actual work)
◆Overtime work may be required depending on business conditions.
Holidays 2 days per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays
Vacation Ten days of annual paid vacation will be granted upon expiration of the probationary period (usually 3 months).
*The statutory number of days will be granted from the following year onward.
Summer vacation (3 days), congratulatory or condolence leave (marriage/bereavement), education and training leave, etc.

Employees who have been with the company for three years as of January of each year will be insured by a life insurance policy (policyholder is the company).

Stockholding Association
Invites applicants to purchase stocks. If there are too many applicants, a lottery will be held.
Health Checkups Regular health checkups are conducted annually.
Childcare Leave
System
Employees can take this leave until their child turns one year old (or one year and six months if they are on a waiting list for daycare).
In addition, employees with children under three years old can reduce their working hours to six hours a day,
and employees with children not yet of elementary school age can stagger their work hours by adjusting their start and finish times.
Nursing Care Leave

A total of 93 days may be taken per eligible family member.
