Life Insurance Enrollment |

Health Examination | Periodic health checkups are conducted once a year. |
Childcare leave System |
Employees can take this leave until their child turns one year old (or one year and six months old if they are on a waiting list for daycare). In addition, employees with children under three years old can reduce their working hours to six hours a day, and employees with children not yet of elementary school age can move up their arrival and departure times and have staggered working hours by lowering them. |
