Work Location Tokyo Head Office and branch offices
◆You may be required to be stationed at the customer’s site for certain business reasons.
Salary/bonuses Annual salary system (including fixed overtime allowance of 40 hours per month)
◆Determined based on experience and ability, regardless of company history or age.
◆A year-end bonus (January) may be paid depending on company performance.
Transportation expenses One month’s commuting allowance will be provided (up to 100,000 yen per month)
Working hours 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break / 8 hours actual working hours)

Vacation Ten days of annual paid vacation will be granted at the expiration of the probationary period (usually 3 months).
After the following year, the statutory number of days will be granted.

Childcare leave
System
Employees can take this leave until their child turns one year old (or one year and six months old if they are on a waiting list for daycare).
In addition, employees with children under three years old can reduce their working hours to six hours a day,
and employees with children not yet of elementary school age can move up their arrival and departure times and have staggered working hours by lowering them.
