What is the appeal of IntaSect?

There are too many things to love about IntaSect, lol.
One thing I would like to mention is that they have a clear on/off routine between work and private life: “When I do something, I do it to the best of my ability, and when I rest, I rest well! When I need to rest, I rest well! When I rest, I rest well!

Of course, we do our best in our daily work, but when it comes time for a competition or when we need to go the extra mile to achieve a goal, we work as a team, even if we are not in charge! In such cases, the entire team will work together to achieve the goal, even if it is not their own responsibility. In addition, in order to make it easier for each other to take paid vacations, we schedule our own work well in advance of the vacations and create a system that allows other team members to follow up on our work during the vacations.

The entire team continues to work together to create a workplace with a good work-life balance where people can have a good balance between work and private life.

From the time I joined the company to the present

I had no idea about advertising when I joined the company, so I first struggled with technical terms when I first joined. Key words I’ve never heard before in my life are flying around.
Especially, there were words that meant the same thing but were phrased differently, or the same word had different definitions depending on the customer, so after the meeting I was constantly asking questions to my seniors.

Whenever I felt like falling apart, I just plowed ahead, with my seniors comforting me at taverns, my classmates giving me pep talks, and my seniors teaching me what I didn’t understand.

When I managed to produce results, the advertiser in charge said to me, “Thank you for everything. Here is a present for you. It’s our limited edition product.” When he handed it to me, I stopped and felt deeply moved for the first time in a long time.

Recently, I have been taking on the role of a senior employee and teaching junior employees. I am trying to teach my juniors what my seniors have done for me, while incorporating my own bitter and gratifying experiences. I am determined to keep pushing forward so that I can grow one step more while also teaching junior staff!

Do you have any goals for IntaSect in the future?

At any rate, I am now concentrating all my efforts on helping the advertisers I am currently in charge of to improve their performance, even if only a little.
As I was taught by my seniors that I should be the best salesman for advertisers, I spend from morning to night with my team members thinking about not only the advertiser’s products but also the attributes of the users and how to attract the best users.

We negotiate daily with media outlets to place advertisements for our advertisers so that they can place them in the best locations by enthusiastically talking about the merits and thrust of this product.
And I am indispensable to IntaSect, both from advertisers and from IntaSect! I will work diligently so that people will say “I am indispensable to IntaSect! LOL!
