IntaSect Communications, Inc. (hereinafter, the “Company”) operates DX businesses in Japan and overseas by leveraging data analytics, cloud technologies, and AI.
In recent years, against the backdrop of rapid advances in generative AI and AI agent technologies, we have been promoting more sophisticated DX across system development, marketing, data analytics, and business processes.
Building on our expertise in digital marketing, system development, and data analytics cultivated over the years, we will expand the provision of new DX solutions that combine generative AI, robotics, and data utilization, thereby contributing to our customers’ business transformation and the resolution of social challenges.

Message from the President

“IntaSect’s DX is about creating added value through diverse perspectives.”
The Company was founded in 2000 with a system development business, which remains one of our core business pillars today.
From this system development business, we expanded into businesses such as internet affiliate advertising, e-commerce site operations, and multi-QR-code payment services (IntaPay). More recently, we have been providing data analytics solutions using BI tools and unmanned store services powered by AI.
Since our founding, we have consistently pursued DX as part of our efforts to improve business operations.
Meanwhile, today’s global DX environment is undergoing major change due to the rapid evolution of digital technologies, including advances in generative AI.
To maintain competitiveness, companies are actively adopting innovative technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and IoT.
In addition, the spread of remote work has significantly changed the way people work, making the use of digital tools indispensable.
As the global DX environment undergoes dramatic change, we have consistently pursued DX since our founding and intend to accelerate and sharpen these efforts even further going forward.
Technologies in the fields of data analytics and AI in particular are evolving day by day, and we regard research and verification as extremely important initiatives.
It is important not only to strengthen the technological aspects of DX, but also to combine them effectively with the various business functions for which they are intended; the value created varies greatly depending on how well this is done.
Maintaining and acquiring the high level of business expertise, precise problem-solving capability, innovative ideas, and various management systems needed to make full use of DX technologies is also an important initiative.
As we continue to grow, stakeholders are demanding an even higher level of reliability, and we will therefore continue to enhance service continuity measures and information security measures. In this context, DX plays a major role in ensuring compliance.
To put our new DX strategy into practice and create added value, every member will continue to take on challenges while constantly intersecting their identities and perspectives with one another.

Strategic Direction

With respect to the direction of our DX strategy, we have established two axes.
One is “Value-Creation DX,” a strategy for providing customers with higher value-added services through our businesses.
The other is “Business-Support DX,” a strategy for improving internal talent development and operational productivity.
We will practice company-wide digital governance in which all Value-Creation DX initiatives are supported by Business-Support DX, the foundation of the Company.

Value-Creation DX

Value-Creation DX consists of innovative services that lead our customers’ businesses to the next level. We will continue to enhance these services and develop flexible new offerings that respond to changes in the business environment.

1. Support for Sales Expansion in Japan and Overseas
By combining multiple DX technologies such as data analytics and generative AI, we support the maximization of our customers’ advertising effectiveness and sales growth.
In the advertising field, we communicate appeal more broadly and accurately through rapid responses to regulatory and environmental changes, automation of advertising operations, and optimization of advertising representations.
For domestic and overseas e-commerce sites, we provide end-to-end support from store construction and operation to promotion.

Business-Support DX transforms internal operational efficiency and talent development, enabling smooth operations and sustainable growth.

4. Performance Evaluation and Talent Development
To realize our DX vision, we will review company-wide performance evaluation systems, build the operation of talent profiles, and conduct talent development training to secure and develop DX talent, while striving to ensure that every individual becomes a driver of innovation.

5. Operational Efficiency
Through the use of generative AI and the visualization of business operations, we improve efficiency and fundamentally enhance quality.
This creates a flexible and transparent operating environment in which all employees can focus on more strategic work.

Company-Wide Structure

Under the direct supervision of the President, we will establish a cross-functional DX Promotion Committee and build a promotion structure in coordination with each department.
In addition, we will assign DX promotion personnel to each department to put the strategy into practice.
For talent development, in order to foster a company-wide culture of self-learning, we have introduced an e-learning environment available 24 hours a day to all employees, including DX promotion personnel. For engineers, we are conducting hands-on training with development tools and practical training on automated testing tools to enhance AI utilization capabilities.
We will also consider introducing services to effectively operate performance evaluation and talent profiles.

Development of the DX Environment

To realize our DX strategy, we will develop the environment for internal systems and related infrastructure.

1. Process environment
We will maintain and expand business visualization and task management using the BPM solution “Gyomu Navi.”
In addition, to improve communication and utilize RAG, we will promote the standardization of business infrastructure and the construction of a knowledge base.

2. Data environment
We will maintain and expand the data environment and analytics using the BI solution “Vividata.”
We will also consider introducing a CRM service that enables advanced data analytics in coordination with our business infrastructure.

3. Cloud environment
We will maintain our company-wide policy on the use of cloud environments such as AWS.
By storing development environments, systems, and data in the cloud, we will further enhance the use of DX technologies while maintaining and expanding information security and business continuity measures.

Performance Indicators and Disclosure

Because the “IntaSect DX Strategy” is primarily about new system development and new value creation, success will be measured by the development of new systems, the provision of new services, and the creation of opportunities to connect with external stakeholders such as business partners.
In addition, by summarizing the development status of individual systems and new services at strategic reporting meetings every half year, we will promote DX implementation integrated with the management level, while also disclosing the status of DX promotion to stakeholders through press releases and other communications.

Cybersecurity

The Company has established its “Basic Information Security Policy,” and we are committed company-wide to information security in order to protect information entrusted to us by our customers and the Company’s information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime.
We have also made a self-declaration of the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA)’s “SECURITY ACTION Two-Star” initiative.
In addition, we have obtained PrivacyMark certification and CBPR certification (APEC Cross-Border Privacy Rules System certification), and we place particular emphasis on the protection of personal information and information security measures.
