IntaSect Communications, Inc.(hereafter referred to as “the Company”) has developed a wide range of digital transformation businesses both domestically and internationally, utilizing various digital technologies.
We have also introduced digital transformation technologies to internal operations, such as digitizing and streamlining operations through the use of BPM systems and the use of electronic certificates for information security.
We are armed with cutting-edge technologies, and will not stop with these efforts, but will further promote the sophistication and expansion of digital transformation technology use.

Strategic Direction
We have established two key pillars for our digital transformation strategy.
One will be a strategy to provide more value-added services to customers through our business as “value-creating digital transformation”.
The other will be to develop internal human resources and improve the productivity of operations as “business-supporting digital transformation.”
We will implement company-wide digital governance where all value-creating digital transformation will be supported by business-supporting digital transformation, serving as the foundation of the company.

Value-creating digital transformation is an innovative service that takes customers’ businesses to the next level. We will continue to strive for greater sophistication and develop new, flexible services to adapt to changing environments.
1. Support for sales expansion in Japan and overseas
We use data analysis and generative AI to help our clients maximize advertising effectiveness and expand sales.
In the advertising sector, we respond quickly to regulatory and environmental changes, automate advertising operations, and optimize the wording in ads to convey appeal more widely and accurately.
For domestic and overseas e-commerce sites, we provide comprehensive support for store construction, operation, and promotion.

4. Personnel evaluation, human resource development
To realize the digital transformation vision, we will review the company-wide personnel evaluation system, establish a framework for human resource profile management, and conduct human resource development training to secure and foster digital transformation personnel, ensuring that each individual becomes a leader of innovation.
5. Improving operational efficiency
Through the use of generative AI and visualization of operations, we will improve operational efficiency and fundamentally enhance quality.
This creates a flexible and transparent operation and an environment in which all employees can focus on more strategic tasks.
Company-Wide Structure
A company-wide, cross-functional Digital Transformation Promotion Committee will be established under the direct jurisdiction of the president, and a promotion system will be established in cooperation with each department.
In addition, a person in charge of promoting digital transformation will be assigned to each department to implement the strategy.
In human resource development, an e-learning environment that is available 24 hours a day to all employees, including those in charge of promoting digital transformation, was introduced to instill a culture of self-learning throughout the company.

Company-Wide Structure
To realize our digital transformation strategy, we will develop internal systems and other environments.
1. Human resource environment: We will maintain and promote the further use of an environment in which all employees can systematically take e-learning courses.
In addition to that, individual internal and external training will be conducted according to requirements.
We will also consider introducing services to effectively manage personnel evaluations and profiles.
2. Process environment: We will maintain and expand business visualization and task management using our BPM solution. Business Navi
We will also promote the standardization of business infrastructure and the construction of a knowledge base to improve communication and make use of generative AI.
3. Data environment: We will maintain and expand data environment and analysis using BI solution. Vividata.
We will also consider introducing a CRM service that is linked to the business infrastructure and enables advanced data analysis.
4. Cloud environment: We will maintain a policy of using AWS and other company-wide cloud environments. We will store development environments, systems, and data in the cloud to ensure information security, and maintain and enhance business continuity, along with further use of digital transformation technology.
Outcome Indicators and Publication
Since IntaSect’s digital transformation strategy is primarily about developing new systems and creating new value, our achievements are defined through the development of new systems, the provision of new services, and the creation of opportunities to connect with business partners and other external parties.
Furthermore, we will promote digital transformation in solidarity with management by summarizing the developmental status of individual systems and new services at biannual strategy briefings, and disclose the status of digital transformation to stakeholders through, e.g., various press releases.
Cyber Security
We have established the Basic Policy for Information Security and are working on information security throughout the company to protect information entrusted by our customers and our information assets from threats, such as accidents, disasters, and crimes. We have also self-declared our compliance with the Security Action Two Star initiative by the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA). Other than that, we have acquired certifications including Privacy Mark certification and CBPR certification (APEC Cross-Border Privacy Rule System certification), and we place particular emphasis on personal information protection and information security measures.
