Project Manager
Duties
  • Cost control, risk management, progress management, quality control.

  • Experience in both success and failure as a PM.
  • Experience in developing a team of 10 or more other people.
  • Experience in outsourcing some processes to other companies.

Systems Engineer
Duties

Duties

  • Ability to investigate the causes of program failures and take countermeasures.

Recruitment Details for All Positions

Work Location [In Principle] You will work at the Tokyo Head Office
◆You may be assigned to a customer’s company depending on the nature of operations.
Salaries/Bonuses Annual salary system (including fixed overtime allowance of 40 hours per month)
◆Monthly salary is determined according to company regulations.
◆AA year-end bonus may be paid depending on the company’s performance.
Transportation Costs Commuting allowance will be provided every month (up to 100,000 yen per month)
Working Hours 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. (1 hour break / 8 hours actual work)
◆Overtime work may be required depending on business conditions.
Holidays 2 days per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays
Vacation Ten days of annual paid vacation will be granted upon expiration of the probationary period (usually 3 months).
*The statutory number of days will be granted from the following year onward.
Summer vacation (3 days), congratulatory or condolence leave (marriage/bereavement), education and training leave, etc.

Childcare Leave
System
Employees can take leave until their child turns one year old (or one year and six months if they are on a waiting list for daycare).
In addition, employees with children under three years old can reduce their working hours to six hours a day, and employees with children not yet of elementary school age can stagger their work hours by adjusting their start and finish times.
Nursing Care Leave
System
A total of 93 days may be taken per eligible family member.
