Project Manager
Duties

Duties

Recruitment details for all positions

Work Location ≪Principle≫ You will work at the Tokyo Head Office
◆You may be required to be stationed at the customer’s site depending on the business situation.
Salary/bonuses Annual salary system (including fixed overtime allowance of 40 hours per month)
◆Monthly salary is determined according to our company regulations.
◆A year-end bonus may be paid depending on the company’s performance.
Transportation expenses One month’s commuting allowance will be provided (up to 100,000 yen per month)
Working hours 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break / 8 hours actual working hours)
◆Overtime work may be required depending on business conditions.
Holidays 2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays
Vacation Ten days of annual paid vacation will be granted at the expiration of the probationary period (usually 3 months).
After the following year, the statutory number of days will be granted.
Summer vacation (3 days), congratulation or condolence leave (marriage/bereavement), education and training leave, etc.

Childcare leave

Employees can take this leave until their child turns one year old (or one year and six months old if they are on a waiting list for daycare).
