Project Manager
Duties

- Experience in both success and failure as a PM.
- Experience in developing a team of 10 or more other people.
- Experience in outsourcing some processes to other companies.
- Expertise in a specific industry or business field.

Systems Engineer
Duties
- Requirements analysis, system proposals, basic design, outline design, detailed design.

- System operations designing and support.

- Ability to confirm specifications and discuss technical issues with clients.
- Ability to document and ensure the dissemination of information on the agreed-upon specifications.

Programmer
Duties
- Create programs according to design documents.
- Execute tests according to test specifications.
- Create test data based on test specifications.

- Ability to read and understand specifications, then report and confirm any inconsistencies or omissions.
- Ability to investigate the causes of program failures and take countermeasures.
- Ability to inspect and report on the legitimacy of programs.
- Ability to handle at least two of the following languages: Java, VB, VC, C, PHP, Perl, COBOL.

Salaries/Bonuses | Annual salary system (including fixed overtime allowance of 40 hours per month) ◆Monthly salary is determined according to company regulations. ◆AA year-end bonus may be paid depending on the company’s performance. |
Transportation Costs | Commuting allowance will be provided every month (up to 100,000 yen per month) |
Working Hours | 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. (1 hour break / 8 hours actual work) ◆Overtime work may be required depending on business conditions. |

Vacation | Ten days of annual paid vacation will be granted upon expiration of the probationary period (usually 3 months). *The statutory number of days will be granted from the following year onward. Childcare Leave System |
