Document Management Alone Does Not Change the Way We Work

Recently, we hear the term “work style reform,” but what do you really think about it? Is it just that nothing is being done to improve efficiency, or that late-night overtime is being replaced by take-home or early-working overtime? There are opportunities to consider document systems when working in a variety of environments. In this seminar, we will introduce not only document systems but also other systems that are considered necessary for business operations with demonstrations and case studies.

Visualize business processes and consider efficiency improvement

We can solve the problems of not reducing mistakes, not knowing the progress, leaving work procedures to human resources, and not knowing the bottlenecks. We will introduce solutions to visualize business processes, guide business procedures, and improve processes. In addition, by integrating process management and document management systems, it is possible to make various internal operations paperless, and to manage processes and contents in cooperation with BPO companies and business partners.

From My Documents to the Document System

A company is a manufacturer with factories not only in Japan but also overseas. Internal documents and drawings were managed on file servers and personal PCs. One day, while watching the news, they learned that the drawings of Company A, one of their customers, had been leaked, and they urgently needed to review their file management. In this session, I will talk about the process of introduction and subsequent issues with case examples.

Documentation Utilization

Recently, the use of tablets and other tablets in business operations has increased the use of internal documents from paper to PDF and other electronic files, and the widespread use of Wi-Fi environments has increased the use of video. A certain company has realized paperless internal documents by using a document creation method based on the premise that internal documents are created using a document management system.
