In January 2019, the “Electronic Commerce Law ” enforced in China to optimize cross-border EC regulated individual buyers who were reselling through unregulated channels, resulting in a decrease in “explosive buying” for the purpose of resale, providing a kind of tailwind for regular cross-border EC vendors. Furthermore, the significant decrease in inbound customers due to this year’s outbreak of the new coronavirus has also had an impact, causing turmoil in the cross-border EC and inbound markets and significantly affecting the performance of related companies. Under these circumstances, we are receiving more and more requests from companies to enter the “cross-border EC” market as one of the measures to survive, and the number of consultations with our company, which has local offices in 6 locations in mainland China and is well versed in Chinese business, is increasing.
