eateat” is a mobile ordering service that increases the operational efficiency and user satisfaction of non-contact customer service and hall staff.
At eat-in restaurants, customers are asked to scan a QR code to place their order, thereby improving the operational efficiency of the hall staff and increasing the turnover rate.
Order information is printed from a dedicated printer, and the print name can be freely set.
Take-out is now digitalized for PC smartphones.
It can be used simply by registering the menu, and can be linked to a smart locker for completely contactless delivery.
The service was first introduced at a restaurant in Furano City, Hokkaido, where it improved operational efficiency, and the decision was made to fully deploy the service with the expectation that demand will grow in the future.
