IntaSect Communications, Inc. (Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka; President: Tan Yufeng; hereinafter referred to as “IntaSect”) will provide “WebAegis” (Web Patrol and Research Service) to affiliate services “A8.net” and “Moba8.net” operated by Fun Communications, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Ankei Yanagisawa) will provide “WebAegis” (Web Patrol and Research Service) to “A8.net” and “Moba8.net”, affiliate services operated by Fun Communications Inc.

The volume of affiliate advertising has increased dramatically over the past few years. With the expansion of the market, both advertisers using affiliate services and affiliates posting affiliate advertisements have increased, and so have the risks of using affiliate advertising and the risks to consumers.

By providing WebAegis to A8.net and Moba8.net, IntaSect will contribute to the provision of affiliate advertising that advertisers, affiliates, and consumers can use with confidence.
WebAegis” will screen member sites of “A8.net” and “Moba8.net” based on the standards set by IntaSect and “A8.net” and “Moba8.net”. We will check for sites that post malicious information products such as adult, gambling, and multi-selling, as well as sites with illegal or offensive advertisements or expressions, in order to control affiliate advertisements that pose a risk to advertisers, affiliates, and consumers.

IntaSect will continue to support its clients to be more effective in their Internet marketing and to prevent consumers from being harmed by Internet advertising.
