IntaSect Communications, Inc., a system offshore outsourcing and Internet advertising service provider, and Akasaka Kyodo Office, Inc., an accounting and accounting outsourcing provider using virtualized server technology, have formed an alliance in the outsourcing business using China.

(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Tan Yufeng; hereinafter referred to as “IntaSect”), a system offshore outsourcing and Internet advertising service provider, and Akasaka Kyodo Office, Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Masanori Takarakin; hereinafter “Akasaka Kyodo Office”), a provider of outsourcing services using accounting and accounting thin client services based on virtual server technology, have formed an alliance to develop an outsourcing business utilizing China. Akasaka Kyodo Office runs OBIC Business Consultant’s “Bugyo V ERP Series” mainly for accounting and finance on a virtual server, and provides system resources and outsourcing services through thin client services to its clients.

IntaSect will use the thin clients at its affiliate in Sichuan, China, Chengdu Inhana Internet Services, which provides offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) services, to offer data entry services for accounting and other tasks, Ltd. in Sichuan, China, to provide real-time data entry and updating services to clients.

In the past, when data entry was outsourced, the client had to spend man-hours receiving the data and uploading it to the system. However, through this partnership between the two companies, it will be possible to not only reduce costs by utilizing offshore China, but also reduce system investment and immediately reflect data entered offshore in the system.
