On September 5, 2012, the first phase of the Chengdu Service Outsourcing Enterprises Association’s 4th Members’ Representative Conference was held at the Hatching Garden in Chengdu’s Gaoxin District, attended by many company representatives, including the Deputy Director of the Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau’s Interorganization Management Department and the Director of the Chengdu Business Bureau’s Trade Department.

This Representative Conference was an important meeting not only to report on the first term operations of the Chengdu Service Outsourcing Enterprises Association, but also to determine the “Second Term Board of Directors Team,” which will be the core of the second term operations. The second term board of directors team was elected, and Qian Sheng, general manager of our company and our subsidiary, OTICS Computer Technology (Chengdu) Co.

It has increased the visibility of the service outsourcing industry, integrated the resources of government, enterprises, schools and training institutions through public service construction, established the international image of Chengdu service outsourcing enterprises as a whole, expanded the influence of the industry through various media, and gained a high reputation from the outside world.
