Neuro Informatics 2014 is an international conference in the field of neuroinformatics organized by the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Forum (INCF). Neuroinformatics is the interface between neuroscience and information science and technology, and is a research field that seeks to comprehensively organize and analyze diverse and vast amounts of data in order to advance brain (neural) science.
At the international conference, a framework that allows PhysioDesigner, a multilevel model building platform, to seamlessly link with Physiome.jp and Dynamic Brain Platform databases through the Garuda Platform was discussed at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University (OIST). The presentation was given by Dr. Yoshiyuki Asai of the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University (OIST). We have developed the interface to link with the Physiome.jp database system and other databases as described in the presentation at the request of OIST.
