The actual implementation of the My Number system will soon begin. However, many companies are still holding back.
In this seminar, we will discuss
what the guidelines require in the first place,
whether it is really enough to have rules and regulations in place,
and clarify what companies should do. We will then introduce the method to reach the true goal in the shortest possible time.

Our seminar in September was featured in a special edition of “Hodo Live 21: My Number” (broadcast on September 28), and our tools for dealing with My Number were also featured prominently. This year’s seminar will be based on questions asked at previous seminars, and will be further upgraded with content appropriate for this time of the year.

We will organize the workflow required to comply with the system, risk countermeasures and specific procedures that should be incorporated into the workflow, and work history (trail management). In addition, the importance of the workflow will be explained through demonstrations of workflows such as “how to register one’s own number from a smartphone” and “procedures for joining a company” by each employee.
