Our efforts were introduced in an interview with JIPDEC (Japan Institute for Promotion of Digital Economy and Community) on the Privacy Mark System.

The following answers include the impetus for obtaining PrivacyMark certification, the impact after obtaining CBPR certification (Cross Border Privacy Rules/APEC Cross Border Privacy Rules System), process management tools to ensure efficient operations, and future goals.

In particular, the “Business Navi” process management tool introduces many benefits, including visualization of work related to the Privacy Mark, management of task progress, and activities that deliver necessary procedures and forms at the time of necessary work.
