The Kyoto Sales Office will be newly established in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, and will begin operations on March 1, 2023 (Wednesday).
This brings the group’s main offices to six cities in Japan (Sapporo, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Himeji, and Fukuoka) and five cities in China (Changchun, Beijing, Taiyuan, Shanghai, and Chengdu).

■Background of Establishment of Kyoto Sales Office
Since May 2021, in cooperation with financial institutions in Kyoto Prefecture, we have been developing a cross-border EC support business to sell products made by Kyoto-based companies to China.

In the course of providing support for cross-border EC, we have received many requests for support for inbound measures after the easing of travel restrictions and the movement toward post-Corona, for the dissemination of information on Kyoto’s traditions and experiences that were not easily known overseas, for language support for PR videos, etc., and for support for the development of the payment environment.
