In addition, a roadmap has been presented for the Osaka-Kansai Expo to be held in 2025, with the goal of achieving 15 million inbound visitors. However, the lodging and food and beverage industries are facing a serious problem of labor shortage. To address this problem, we have decided to install walk-through unmanned stores that are multilingual and operate 24 hours a day at hotels near Kansai International Airport, the gateway for many foreign tourists.
