We are pleased to announce that on September 20, 2024, we received “Kurumin Certification” from the Tokyo Labor Bureau as a “Company Supporting Child-Rearing” that helps employees balance work and child-rearing.

The “Kurumin Certification” is a system granted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare when a company is recognized as a “child-rearing support company.” Employers who have implemented an action plan formulated in accordance with the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation and who meet all certification criteria may receive certification as a child-rearing support company.

We will continue to promote measures to balance work and family/child-rearing, and create a workplace environment where each and every employee can work with peace of mind.
