Hankyu Hanshin Department Store operates 15 stores nationwide, primarily in the Kansai region. We introduced IntaPay in 2018 to support versatile payment services and attract inbound customers. We also developed the WeChat mini program, “Hankyu Hanshin Department Store Global Purchase. “We offer services such as Pre-Order Sales” to prevent items from selling out and becoming unavailable, as well as a VIP Membership Service that assigns membership ranks based on purchase amounts. The VIP Membership Service allows customers to display their barcodes when checking out, and the higher the purchase amounts, the higher their membership ranks will be. Furthermore, higher ranking members are offered greater discounts, enabling VIP customer management and purchase promotion. It was also the first department store outside of China to be certified as a “WeChat PaySmart Flagship Department Store”.
