BPM Forum Proceedings are posted on the website of the Japan BPM Association

Yoshiyuki Nishinaka, General Manager of New Business Division, gave a speech at the 9th BPM Forum 2014 held in July 2014, which was published on the website of the Japan BPM Association.

The contents of the lecture, which focused on business process improvement through the use of a business process platform, performance improvement based on the Theory of Constraints (TOC), and the reasons why the company achieved a 30% increase in sales for three consecutive years while the number of employees at the company remained almost the same, are available.

A “BPM Maturity Level Judgment Check Sheet” was also distributed at the forum to enable participants to self-check their BPM governance, which is indispensable for BPM promotion.

By evaluating the status of each of the areas of structure, planning, regulations, quality, project, information, education, and evaluation on a 5-point scale, the radar chart provides an objective confirmation of whether governance is in place to promote BPM effectively and efficiently.

We hope that you will find the lecture transcripts and the BPM Maturity Level Judgment Check Sheet useful in promoting BPM in your company.
